I sometimes feel like my female license is going to be revoked by the fact that I wasn't particularly wowed by it. :) My friend said she was very drawn to the India portion of the book, but found the first and third sections disappointing...or at least not personally satisfying. I read a library copy the first time, but about 6 months ago I bought a copy...and I still haven't re-read it. But when my friend said that the other day, I thought: oh, that's what I need to do...just read the middle section!
